General Information
Every donation that we gathered from this program will be used by CARITAS INDONESIA to support Education Program in Indonesia, which will be focused on honorary teachers and education facilities in affected areas. It will be used to develop educational human resource and governance in Indonesia.
Donors can make a donation in multiples of Rp50.000,00. For every Rp50.000,00 donation that you make, we will convert it to 1 point. The group that receives the donation will then need to “repay” the kindness of the donors by doing 1 km running / 1 km walking / 3 km bike.
Example:
- Mr. Loyola donated Rp5,000,000 to Jesuit Group.
- Total point that has to be “repaid” is 100 points.
- Equals to 100 km running
- Equals to 100 km walking
- Equals to 300 km bike
- All members of the group can then participate to “pay” the donation.
Terms & Conditions
- Donors can be family member, friends, colleagues or general public who is willing to donate to the team or runner.
- Value of donation is equal to Rp50.000,00 for 1 point. Each point can be redeemed by the participant with 1 km running / 1 km walking / 3 km bike.
- Kindly refer to this donation guide to make donation. Not adhering to this guide might delay, or make your donation be transferred to another team, or being split to other teams.
- Donor accepts terms and conditions stipulated above.
By making donation to Caritas Christmas Cross Challenge program, you agree that all transactions is made consciously and without any coercion from other parties.
All transactions cannot be reversed nor cancelled.
DONATION PAGE
1. TEAM DONATION
Category
Filter out the list of groups by category. We've divided the groups into Tim Alumni & Sahabat Caritas, and each category being divided into subcategories based on schools and/or foundations). This feature will make it easier for you to search the team that you want to donate to.
Find team
Type in the team name to filter out the team based on your search term. By filtering out the team with the search term, you will save time to find the team.
List of Participants & List of Donors
You can see the profile picture, name and current activity point for each participants by clicking on 'Participants List' button on each team card.
'List of Donors' button will show list of donors to the respective team. Donors who choose not to disclose the name (donate as Anonymous) will be shown as 'Anonymous'.
Q : Can I donate to more than one team in one transaction?
Sure, you can enter the number of points that you want to donate to the team and the total amount will update accordingly.

Jika kamu memilih berdonasi sebagai anonim, kamu akan tetap diminta untuk mengisikan nama dan email untuk identifikasi pembayaran donasimu beserta pengiriman tanda terima donasi.
You may or may not disclose your personal information when making donation. If you flag a donation as Anonymous, you'll still be asked for name and email. This information will only be used for identification purpose and proof of donation email notification.
Email will only be used to send proof of donation.
3. PAYMENT METHOD
a. Manual & Online Payment
You can find below the list of payment method that you can use to pay your donation.
- Manual Transfer
- Debit/Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
- Virtual Account (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri, Permata)
- E-Wallet (OVO & DANA)
Notes :
1. If you choose to pay your donation using Manual Transfer option, we will need to verify your payment, maximum 1 working day. After we verify your payment, donation point will be added to the respective team.
2. Online payment using Virtual Account, Debit/Credit Card and E-Wallet will be verified automatically and being updated right after you finish your payment.
3. If you're using manual transfer method, you HAVE TO input the three digit unique code which will appear on donation confirmation page. Transferring with different/incorrect amount may cause your donation not being able to be identified or your donation will be transferred to another team, or being split into several teams, based on organizer discretion.
BCA QRku & QRIS GUIDE
Payment using QR works like using Manual Transfer option, we will need to verify your payment, maximum 1 working day. After we verify your payment, donation point will be added to the respective team.
1. TEAM CODE & QR
Team Code
Each team will have unique code which used to identify the team that gets the donation in each transaction made using BCA QRku. Transactions made without team code or using incorrect team code can cause your donation being transferred to other team(s).

To show QR Code, you can tap on the QR icon on the top left side of each team card.
